It's home to Webb Browntree, young heir to a stock car racing dynasty, who is just trying to live life his way not packaged up as an action figure with steering wheel grip or a brand of dog food. "I'm not a sell out" is his refrain. But a power-mad oligarch and his army of mascots say otherwise. Now Browntree is in the race of his life to save himself, his friends, and a town about to be consumed by its own special brand of greed and corruption.
